Project Quality Methodology (QMDIV): DIVURGENT
implements a structured quality management approach, QMDIV,
on every project and engagement to ensure quality and
success from start to finish. Prior to each project's commencement,
DIVURGENT conducts a quality assurance assessment identifying
areas of strength and potential areas of risks. Risks are
documented and mitigation plans are set in place before the
project begins. Routine quality assessments are conducted
throughout the life of the project which includes input from
all project team areas, project sponsors and DIVURGENT leadership.
Upon project completion, a final project assessment is completed
and documented for future reference. |
