Mrs. Staley-Sirois brings nearly 20 years of healthcare operational and strategic planning experience across a wide spectrum of provider environments. As a physical therapist by clinical background, Mrs. Staley-Sirois partnered with DIVURGENT over the past year while serving in her role as president of Resurgence Consulting on projects focused on clinical transformation, meaningful use readiness aligned with electronic health record best practices, and medical home model strategies. For three years prior, Mrs. Staley-Sirois worked at Baylor Health Care System as the Vice President of Clinical Transformation, responsible for leading their clinical transformation efforts across 12 hospitals and 450 physician practices. Preceding her position at Baylor Health Care System, she served as Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of HIPAA and Compliance services at HealthLink. Virginia Beach, VA, March 1, 2010: HIStalk, a healthcare

Jarrell has been named as a Partner in the firm.
Mr. Jarrell brings over 15 years of leadership, innovation and
management expertise to the DIVURGENT team. Jarrell was most
recently the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
of BayCare Health System in Clearwater, Florida. Prior to joining
BayCare, he served as Executive Vice President with Healthlink
through its acquisition by IBM.

the United States has given him broad knowledge of and perspective

Executives (ACHE) Annual Congress in Chicago, IL. The topic
of their presentation is consumerism in healthcare. Also in
March of 2010, Mr. Konschak will be co-presenting with Elise
Spoto at the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society
(HIMSS) annual meeting in Atlanta, GA. Ms. Spoto is the Director
of Information Technologies, Physician Practice Solutions at
Sentara Healthcare in Norfolk, VA. They will be talking about
the role of technology in a physician integration strategy.

of Daniel R. Frietze as a Partner within the company to develop
and lead the Revenue Cycle Management service line and assist
with other business development activities. Mr. Frietze provides
over 22 years of healthcare consulting and corporate level experience

within the following areas:
Daniel was previously with Eclipsys, Corp. where he developed
a Quality Methodology program for their Professional Services
Division while assuming Regional Vice President responsibilities
for the Southwest Region. Prior to employment with Eclipsys,
Daniel was an employee of IBM - Healthlink for over nine years.
Daniel was involved with and contributed to the growth of Healthlink,

with the Virginia Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Center (VMASC)
to offer modeling and simulation services to healthcare providers
in the United States. "This partnership strengthens our capabilities
to improve operational throughput, patient safety, clinical
quality and even help design hospitals that are more patient

The partnership will create computer simulations and conduct
