Mary Staley-Sirois, Principal of DIVURGENT’s clinical transformation practice, brings nearly 20 years of healthcare operational and strategic planning experience across a wide spectrum of provider environments. She has worked with large and small healthcare systems on the necessary planning for clinical transformation, quality improvement and patient safety based on best practice and evidence-based processes.
Mrs. Staley-Sirois is responsible for leading DIVURGENT’s clinical transformation practice in partnering with clients to hardwire the processes and tools that will allow for the collection, measurement, and application of data toward improving the safety, timeliness, effectiveness, efficiency, and patient-centeredness of the care they provide.
Shane Danaher is Client Services Vice President for DIVURGENT. In this role, he is responsible for developing strategic service offerings, driving client satisfaction, and developing sound marketing strategies. Shane brings over eight years of experience to the healthcare technology field and has a proven history of establishing successful relationships with providers and healthcare organizations. Shane's strong technology background combined with a deep understanding of the healthcare market have helped him create solutions for clients that maximize their project successes.
Shane has an Economics degree from Haverford College and a Masters in Business Administration from Virginia Tech. He is also currently serving as the President for the Virginia chapter of HIMSS. He has served as a board member for this chapter for over 3 years. In addition to HIMSS, Shane has been invited to speak regarding industry relevant topics, such as Meaningful Use, to other professional organizations including MGMA, AAHAM, Workshop on Health IT and Economics (WHITE), and regional physician groups.
As a Client Services Vice President for DIVURGENT, Matt Curtin works with providers of all sizes to develop customized strategic service offerings, while employing industry trends and best practices. Matt began his career at a class-leading Academic Hospital. He has since held several successful roles within the healthcare technology field and business related initiatives, increasing patient care. Matt’s knowledge and experience have enabled him to identify challenges and offer solutions to clients, maximizing their full project potential.
Matt holds degrees in both Health Services Administration and Business Administration from James Madison University. He currently sits on the board of the Virginia Chapter of HIMSS.
Nina Brown is the Human Resource Director with DIVURGENT. Under her
leadership, the Company has developed programs that meet employee
needs, foster an environment where people enjoy their careers, and
employees are supported and prepared for growth and success. Nina
leads DIVURGENT’s human resource function and her responsibilities
include employee relations, benefits, compensation, HR technology
and organizational development. Nina has diverse industry experience
supporting the human resource function, however her main focus is
in healthcare and start-up strategy. She is a graduate of Texas A&M
University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and is certified through
the Human Resource Certification Institute.
