Mary Lawrence Staley-Sirois has nearly 20 years of healthcare operational
and strategic planning experience across a wide spectrum of environments.
As physical therapist by clinical background, Mary has worked with
large and small healthcare systems on the preliminary planning necessary
to electronic health record deployment, including organization governance
and change management, medical and clinical staff collaboration on
best practice processes, and organizational budget development and
related benefits realization.
Mary's work is focused on leveraging the skills and team of the healthcare
organization in the deployment of any strategic initiative, from product
development to electronic health record adoption. In addition to her
work in the healthcare provider market, Mary works closely with international
organizations for the development of educational programs to improve
healthcare in developing countries.
Shane Danaher is the Client Services, Vice President for DIVURGENT.
In this role, he is responsible for developing strategic service offerings,
driving client satisfaction, and developing sound marketing strategies.
Shane brings over five years of experience to the healthcare technology
field and has a proven history of establishing successful relationships
with providers and healthcare organizations. These relationships have
enabled over 35 clients to meet their goals and advance their healthcare
offerings through successful implementation of IT projects and programs.
Shane has an Economics degree from Haverford College and is currently
pursuing an MBA.
Nina Brown is the Human Resource Director with DIVURGENT. Under her
leadership, the Company has developed programs that meet employee
needs, foster an environment where people enjoy their careers, and
employees are supported and prepared for growth and success. Nina
leads DIVURGENT’s human resource function and her responsibilities
include employee relations, benefits, compensation, HR technology
and organizational development. Nina has diverse industry experience
supporting the human resource function, however her main focus is
in healthcare and start-up strategy. She is a graduate of Texas A&M
University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and is certified through
the Human Resource Certification Institute.
