Divurgent Earns Healthiest Employers Award

Dallas, TX. March 26, 2014—Divurgent is very excited to announce that our firm has been recognized by Healthiest Employers, a privately-held technology and data research company focused on corporate wellness, as this year’s healthiest employer in Dallas, Texas. Divurgent, having added significant benefits to our Wellness Program this past year, was selected by Healthiest Employers using a scoring algorithm based on six components, including: Culture and Leadership Commitment, Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communication and Marketing, Programming and Interventions, Reporting and Analysis.

“Over the past year, we have implemented a brand new two-prong Wellness Program and are very excited about receiving this recognition for it.  Encouraging healthy lifestyles for all of our Team Members is a priority and we have been so pleased with the level of engagement in this program that our Team Members have exhibited,” says Shannon Gougis, Team Resources Leader for Divurgent.

Divurgent’s Healthy Rewards Wellness Program offers a monthly reimbursement to Team Members for use towards gym memberships, fitness programs, educational programs, etc.  Participating in the program enables our Team to track, analyze, and improve their healthier lifestyles.  This new offering has been received well and praised by our team.  In Dallas, the participation rate was 60% at the onset.

The second prong to our new Wellness Program is a partnership with Humana, a sponsor of the Healthiest Employees award program, to offer their Vitality Program to all eligible Team Members.  This program offers points for participation in activities such as setting personalized wellness goals and achieving them.  The points earned can be used to purchase items from the Vitality mall while contributing to the overall success of their health.
