As Vice President, Professional Services, Georgianna prepares clients for the next generation of Health IT, by implementing clinical and technology strategies that are designed to improve workflows, optimize revenue performance, realize project benefits, and reduce IT cost. She utilizes end-to-end implementation practices that focus on successful adoption and proven performance improvements.
Georgianna brings nearly 20 years of experience working with clients in various leadership roles at every critical stage of an EHR implementation. She is a firm believer the best outcomes are achieved by marrying the appropriate amount of project management rigor with the people-side of change management.
Georgianna has led and substantially contributed to, the development of several methodologies including post-project reviews, project classification, requirements elicitation, and testing. She has also developed curriculum in the following areas: business analysis for project managers, project management, and Work Breakdown Structures.
Georgianna has managed several Epic Practice Management implementations and their subsequent optimization efforts, including a robust provider schedule utilization effort.
Georgianna has also managed PMOs and has experience maturing a PMO for a large healthcare organization. Most recently, Georgianna managed the Epic practice at Vitalize Consulting Solutions/Leidos Health and Serra Health Consulting. Additionally, she holds PMP, CPHIMS, and Prosci Change Management Practitioner certifications.
