Steve Eckert, FACHE, as Divurgent’s President & Chief Revenue Officer, is responsible for directing Divurgent’s organization and operations including delivery, practices, marketing, recruiting, client services, and team (human) resources.

Drawing upon his years of leadership experience in strategic planning combined with operational execution, Steve focuses team efforts to further Divurgent’s position as an established healthcare transformation leader and facilitate steady year-to-year growth in people, resources, solutions, and client successes.

Steve’s professional background in healthcare operations, P&L management, account management, strategic planning, system implementation, physician alliance, and project governance serves as a foundation for his current focused efforts on structuring and directing service and practice operations; designing creative solutions and sustainable models for clients and engagements; and building high-performance, diverse, and cross-functional teams.

Actively invested in the cultural health and brand of the firm, Steve is passionate about the focus on Divurgent’s commitment to its team – mentoring leaders and empowering people to maximize their personal and professional talents and goals; its clients – ensuring the strength and sustainability of partner relationships and quality deliverables; and their communities – maintaining a clear perspective on “why we do what we do.”

Steve has more than 20 years of senior and executive-level leadership experience in professional services delivery and sales management in healthcare including multifaceted provider healthcare environments, academic medical centers, multi-facility/multi-regional Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), large for-profit hospital organizations, and regional medical centers. Before joining Divurgent, Steve held executive positions leading successful sales and delivery operations at multiple industry-leading organizations, building effective teams and methodologies, while managing complex client relationships across the United States.
