Divurgent Promotes New Executive Vice President of Client Service

Steve Weichhand to lead Divurgent’s client service team, driving internal and external communications to provide an excellent client experience.

September 30, 2021 – Virginia Beach, VA – Divurgent, an international IT consulting company, announces today that they have promoted Steve Weichhand to Executive Vice President of Client Service. During his tenure at Divurgent, Steve has served in multiple roles across Delivery Management, Marketing & Communications, and Customer Experience. Through those roles, he has an excellent understanding of the firm’s business initiatives, operations, and strategy. Steve has also consistently demonstrated a passion for fostering strong relationships, mentoring others, and promoting learning opportunities across the organization.

As Executive Vice President of Client Service, Steve will oversee the entire Client Service team, maintaining that Client Service strategy, business unit size, and growth planning is in alignment with overall Divurgent strategic planning cycles, vision, and goals. Additionally, Steve’s enthusiasm for business intelligence and analytics bolster’s Divurgent’s unique approach to delivering data driven decision making for our clients.
