Despite taking on a new role, Shane stays firmly committed to the ongoing success of Divurgent. He will move to an active role within Divurgent’s Advisory Board and continue to contribute to the ongoing improvement of solutions, go-to-market strategies, client impact, and industry engagement.
In his 14+ years with the firm, his list of accomplishments is long and diverse. From cross-country road shows side by side with Colin Konschak, founding partner and current CEO, to conceiving and deploying early marketing campaigns, Shane has made tremendous strides in evolving the operations of the firm. From Information Technology investments, process, and policies, to sales team organization and leadership, to marketing evolution and brand building, to culture shaping and building through top-down leadership, Shane has been a highly contributory member of Divurgent.
