Our client engaged us to deliver a structured, multi-site Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) program in advance of their Epic Go-Live. The initiative applied a consistent playbook across four Florida facilities to validate devices, connectivity, user access, and workflows, all under real-world conditions. Site leaders were given clear visibility into readiness and outstanding risks.
The Challenge
The primary challenge was coordinating consistent execution across multiple facilities with unique physical environments and operational constraints. Overlapping timelines and on-site dependencies (including construction-related access limitations at one facility) increased the risk of last-minute hurdles. Our client needed a repeatable approach that could surface issues and resolve them quickly, while ensuring every site met the same bar for technical and workflow readiness.

To improve staff preparedness and reduce confusion, Divurgent gave clear guidance on orientation, logistics, and escalation. Then we tracked issues through daily coordination with site stakeholders. When our client requested continuity support late in the effort, we extended key coverage without disruption.
The Result
The TDR confirmed that core system functions (including login access, order entry, and documentation workflows) performed as expected under pressure. Divurgent validated device readiness and resolved minor issues such as access gaps and construction-related constraints before Go-Live.
