Pat Munday

Vice President, Talent Acquisition • Divurger Since 2017 • Florida Based

Pat Munday is the Vice President of Recruiting, where she sets the strategic talent acquisition direction and provides the leadership, initiative, and creativity for the company’s recruiting and delivery of talent. Pat’s first job out of college was for a Florida newspaper, where she aspired to be a Sports Reporter. With there not being many opportunities for women sports journalists at the time, Pat realized what she enjoyed most about reporting was interviewing people. That’s when she decided to pursue recruiting, where she could transfer her interviewing skills towards helping others find jobs and careers. Since then, Pat has recruited for many different industries, including Medical Supply and Devices, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, and Healthcare IT. Pat’s skills of leadership, mentoring, and inclusion, among many others, are what allow her to be so successful in her role. She loves being with Divurgent for the culture and her team, for working alongside valued Divurgers, and for the ability to help clients find the best talent in the market, impacting their quality of patient care.

Originally from New York, Pat now lives in Jacksonville Beach with her husband. Life feels simple in her small coastal beach community, and she loves every moment of it. There’s great restaurants and outdoor music events, and she enjoys fishing, gardening, cycling on the beach, and spending time outdoors with friends, family, and neighbors. The only place she loves to be just as much is Hope Town, Elbow Cay Bahamas, and would one day like to retire somewhere in the Caribbean for the sand, sun, and surf! She’s passionate about her family and animals, and has two bonus daughters, a dog, three indoor cats, and a colony of outdoor feral cats.

Pat attended the University of North Florida and holds a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Mass Communications.

Director, Talent Acquisition • Divurger Since 2019 • Florida Based

April Torres is a Senior HIT Recruiter at Divurgent. In 2006, April went on a job interview where she hit it off with the recruiter. Instead of being hired for the job she was applying for, the staffing company offered her a job and trained her as a recruiter – and she’s never looked back! Each day is different, with new people and new conversations, and she loves creating long-term relationships with others while supporting them to achieve their professional goals. She has experience in many different industries, including Accounting, Finance, and Healthcare IT.

A Florida native, April grew up with Navy parents and moved over 21 times in 16 years! But her love for boating and fishing couldn’t keep her away from coming back to Florida. She lives there with her husband, daughters, 2 chihuahuas, 1 pug, 3 cats, and their 20 fish, who are living their best life in a super large saltwater aquarium with a living reef!
