A large, multi-regional faith-based health system needed a way to bring secure collaboration tools to their 32,000 employees.

The Solution
Using the Office 365 platform as a foundation, we implemented Teams into the client’s organization. However, the implementation was just one aspect… we also provided a way to ensure optimal usage of the tool. We created a multi-directional training and communication program. Additionally, through the creation of “personas,” we developed a tailored experience for each of the client’s business units, and drove adoption by leveraging real-world examples of employee workflows.
The Result
