Chad brings over a decade of experience in IT consulting, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and delivering measurable results. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development at The Planet Group, where he led healthcare staffing initiatives across EHR/EMR.
Prior to that, Chad held multiple leadership roles at Akkodis, including Delivery Director for Enterprise FinTech. There, he managed a large client portfolio, led cross-functional teams of recruiters and engagement managers, and was recognized as a 2022 President’s Club Winner for his outstanding performance. His earlier roles further solidified his expertise in full-cycle recruiting and healthcare IT staffing, particularly within Epic and Cerner ecosystems.
